Parents in India are too much bothered about their kids education.Why are they so confused?
Neither schools nor parents have clear perception on this psychological issue.Children are all overburdened with school/home work ,extra curricular activities.Parents are biased over the performance of their offsprings.Parents don't allow them to play even during vacations.Children are forced to do so many things which are beyond their capablities.A three year old kid is given a severe training to recoganise colors,mug up rhyms before interview.Schools too give importance to parents education.They pass the buck to parents to train thier kids if they don't do well in exams,as a result a mushroom growth of coaching centres by inexperienced staff.This is a vicious circle where no body takes any initiative to question the concerned schools.In the past schools will be questioned by parents if kids don't fare well. Now parents have to pitiably listen to school's warning to them.Every parent including me is tight lipped to question the school.Please be outspoken with your suggestions.
